Church Landing at Mill Falls
is a hotel, conference center and spa. The completed facility has:
- 300-seat conference center with associated breakout rooms,
- 58 guest rooms and suites with fireplaces and waterfront balconies
- 200-seat restaurant with views to the lake,
- Indoor and outdoor pools,
- Spa, health club
- Boat docking facilities.
The reconfigured St. Charles Catholic Church on Lake Winnipesaukee and its new wings are in shingle
style and have the character of a rambling old inn.
In 2004 this project received the Best New Development/Construction Project award from NH Main Street
