Grantham Village School included the renovation of an existing 27,000 sq. ft. building plus the addition of 14,000 sq. ft. of classroom space. The renovated school has:
  • New main entrance
  • New administrative area
  • New library with large computer lab
  • Expanded cafeteria
The electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in the existing building were upgraded. The upgraded mechanical system included displacement ventilation to provide fresh air throughout the building with heat recovery for improved heating efficiency. The new addition contains six classrooms plus separate spaces uniquely designed for music and art.
The Architectural Studio+ LLC performed the role of Project Manager and was a consultant to the architectural and engineering firm - The HL Turner Group of Concord.
Trumbull-Nelson from Hanover, NH has provided the Construction Management services for this project.
