| Lake Opechee Inn and Spa
involved the renovation and adaptation of an existing 44,000 sq.
ft. mill building with a 7,000 sq. ft addition. The new facility has 34 unique guestrooms and suites.
All rooms have fireplaces and half the rooms have waterfront balconies. The hotel features a restaurant and spa,
as well as an exercise room and indoor pool. Bruss Construction, Inc. from Bradford was the Construction Manager. |
