Common Man Inn and Restaurant
in Claremont renovated two mill buildings to create space for elegant hotel and casual restaurant
on the bank of the Sugar River in downtown Claremont.
The Architectural Studio+ worked on restoration and redevelopment of the Woven Mill building that houses
the Common Man Restaurant on the lower lever and eight guest rooms on the upper level.
The remaining 24 guest rooms are located on two floors of the neighboring building, the Monadnock Mill. Construction Management services were provided by The Conneston Construction, Inc. Conneston Construction, Inc from Laconia. |
